Elle devra \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopper des enseignements d\u2019\u00e9cologie microbienne \u00e0 destination des Master BEFAGE et BIOMANE notamment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UFR STB- D\u00e9partement Biologie V\u00e9g\u00e9tale- G\u00e9n\u00e9tique et Microbiologie &#8211; Licence Sciences du Vivant, Master BEFAGE (Biologie et Ecologie pour la For\u00eat, l\u2019Agronomie et la Gestion des Ecosyst\u00e8mes) et BioMANE (Biotechnologies, Microbiologie, Aliment, Nutrition, Environnement) (L1\/L2\/L3, M1 et M2)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Mots-cl\u00e9s enseignement :<\/i><\/b> Microbiologie, physiologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Profil recherche :<br \/>\n<\/b> Les recherches dans le domaine de la fili\u00e8re for\u00eat\/Bois sont des th\u00e9matiques prioritaires de l\u2019UL et elles sont notamment port\u00e9es par le p\u00f4le scientifique A2F, mais \u00e9galement par le laboratoire d\u2019excellence \u00ab ARBRE \u00bb. La personne recrut\u00e9e int\u00e9grera l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00ab Ecog\u00e9nomique des interactions\u00bb de l\u2019UMR 1136 \u00ab Interactions arbres\/Microorganismes \u00bb. Elle travaillera, en appui de la th\u00e9matique \u00ab Ecologie et r\u00f4le des communaut\u00e9s microbiennes de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me forestier \u00bb, sur l\u2019\u00e9tude des communaut\u00e9s microbiennes (bact\u00e9ries et champignons) colonisant et d\u00e9gradant le bois. En compl\u00e9ment de comp\u00e9tences en \u00e9cologie microbienne, biologie mol\u00e9culaire, microscopie et biochimie, il ou elle devra avoir une formation solide en physiologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et\/ou en anatomie du bois, lui permettant de d\u00e9velopper \u00e9galement des approches int\u00e9gr\u00e9es permettant l\u2019\u00e9tude <i>in situ <\/i>des m\u00e9canismes de la d\u00e9gradation du bois<br \/>\nNom laboratoire : Interactions Arbres\/Microorganismes, UMR INRA\/UL 1136<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Mots-cl\u00e9s recherche <\/i><\/b>: Ecologie microbienne, bact\u00e9ries, champignons, bois.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The research program aims at studying the ecology of the microbial communities colonizing wood and the complex interactions established between bacteria and decaying fungi. Using a combination of cultivation dependent and independent approaches (<i>in situ <\/i>and in microcosm), the candidate will (i) decipher the direct and indirect role of these microbes in the wood degradation process and (ii) connect wood biochemistry to microbial ecology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Required experiences: The candidate should have a background in microbial ecology, molecular biology, physiology, biochemistry and\/or microscopy.
