Monthly net salary about \u20ac1400.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thesis summary<br>\n<\/strong>The main objective\nof this thesis is to study the conditions of emergence of spatial genetic\nstructures during waves of clonal propagation. The thesis proposes to explore\nthis question both theoretically, using simulation, but also empirically, using\ndatasets collected in a particular ecological system. This ecological system\nallows us studying recurrent invasive dynamics. In the Durance River valley,\nwhich forms a veritable ecological corridor, clonal epidemics of poplar rust\ndevelop each year, spreading from upstream to downstream along the wild poplar\nriparian forest. This ecological system has already been well described by the\nhost team and many data are available for the realization of the thesis. La th\u00e8se se propose d\u2019explorer\ncette question \u00e0 la fois sous l\u2019angle th\u00e9orique, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de simulations, mais\n\u00e9galement sous l\u2019angle empirique, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de jeux de donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es dans\nun syst\u00e8me \u00e9cologique particulier. Celui-ci pr\u00e9sente l\u2019avantage de pouvoir\n\u00e9tudier des dynamiques invasives r\u00e9currentes. Dans la vall\u00e9e de la Durance, qui\nforme un v\u00e9ritable corridor \u00e9cologique, se d\u00e9veloppent chaque ann\u00e9e des\n\u00e9pid\u00e9mies clonales de rouille du peuplier qui se propagent d\u2019amont en aval le\nlong de la ripisylve. Ce syst\u00e8me \u00e9cologique a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 bien d\u00e9crit par l\u2019\u00e9quipe\nd\u2019accueil et de nombreuses donn\u00e9es sont disponibles pour la r\u00e9alisation de la\nth\u00e8se.
