11h00 – Presentation and discussion on task 2: Openning a modeling garage, for the set-up of the new generation of phenomenological model suites , and formalizing the response of forest trees and forest ecosystems to environment

13h00 – 16h00 : Task 2 Modelling Garage – Identification of the main missing processes in forest models for an efficient simulation of C, Water and nutrient cycles (for different species and forest managements – Joana Amaral Paulo will present the modelling work done at ISA – Portugal); Priorities among these processes; Time table and Road map definition
