I received my master degrees from Nancy University (France) in 2001; I joined the INRAE UMR “Interaction Arbres-Microorganismes” in 2007 as bioinformatics engineer.
I’m in charge of the bioinformatics platform, which involves bioinformatics analysis of omics data, maintenance of the informatics resources, training people to the usage of the cluster.
I have particular skills in comparative genomics of microbial genomes (fungi & bacteria), secretome prediction and genome annotation (JGI Mycocosm pipeline and portals).
Our cluster, biocomp, consists of 5 cpu nodes and 2 gpu nodes for calculation purposes.
