I earned my Ph.D. in Microbial Engineering and Ecology at Toulouse in 2016, and subsequently joined the IAM unit in 2017 as a Research Engineer specializing in bioinformatics and biostatistics. My expertise lies in meta-omics analyses, with a focus on metabarcoding and meta-transcriptomics.
I am also an active member of the FROGS development and training group.
Finally, I am involved in R training both within and outside the team, and provide support to researchers and students, helping them utilize R for their analytical needs.
